I AM STRONGER
First thing that you need to do when working with affirmations is realize that they work. As you read in my about & contact pages they don’t work right away, but instead they work over time. Affirmations are an amazing psychoanalytical method to use on yourself. You can use them anytime you want. I always try to do my affirmations when I’m alone.
Here’s a couple quick tips for making sure your affirmations are effective:
- Repeat at least 5 times
- Imagine the end goal as you repeat the affirmation
- Put some umphh into it
- Really feel like it will happen
- Do it everyday
I do my affirmations every morning. Upon rising I make my way into the bathroom to get a quick sip out of the sink in order to get my voice ready. I head on over to my office and start my affirmations. My wife says they sound more like chanting. I’m really pushing the air out of my lungs when I start my affirmations.
